🔵 Travel Teams - JSJWL Competition
Our Travel Teams are designed for experienced wrestlers ready for consistent competition. We'll field two teams in the Jersey Shore Junior Wrestling League (JSJWL) this year, doubling starter-level competition opportunities.
- Freehold Blue: JSJWL A-Division
- Freehold White: JSJWL C-Division
Experience: 2+ years competition preferred (Grades 2-8)
Cost: $200

Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 7:00-8:30 PM
Competitions:
Saturday mornings, Dec 13 through Feb 22 (JSJWL Tournament)
⚪ DEVO Team - Developmental
Our core fundamentals program for wrestlers learning the sport and gaining competition experience. Practices are split into beginner and intermediate groups to ensure appropriate pacing.
Experience: Less than 2 years competition experience (Grades 2-8)
Cost: $150
2025-2026 Rec Season Schedule
Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday and Thursday
- 6:00-7:00 PM
Competitions:
Weeknight matches vs. local rec teams (Tue/Thu nights, one Saturday morning in Long Branch)
🟢 Little Warriors
Introducing kindergarten and first-grade wrestlers to the basics of stance, movement, and body control. Emphasis on fun, wrestling-themed games and building a love of the sport.
Experience: Beginners (Grades K-1)
Cost: $100
Note: Little Warriors will not compete in matches.
